Prince Nagaya Junmai Nagayao 720ml 300ml Sake Nakamoto Yamatsuru 山鶴 長屋王

A historically-inspired sake, crafted from a recipe on ancient wooden tablets, once favored by Nara period round 700 AD offering a timeless taste.

It is a "miracle sake" made with a 90% rice polishing rate and a one-step preparation.
This cannot be done in any other sake brewery in Japan since sake is usually made by further polishing the rice and brewing it in three stages.

Exceptionally sweet and rich, yet with a clean, easy-to-drink finish.

It pairs well with Cheese, smoked fish,nuts and meat.

 Can be served chilled, warmed, or on the rocks.

Winner of the top prize at a competition in France two years in a row; in 2022 the top prize at a competition in Italy and in 2023 at a competition in Luxembourg.
